Mid last week, I decided to change the days I will be fasting to match more in line with my lifestyle, and things that needs to be done. The days are going from Monday and Thursday to Tuesday and Friday. Nothing else changes. I still won’t eat dinner on those two days. On a more positive note, I am not suffering from headaches with fasting. Obviously, I will still feel hungry, but this should resolve itself soon enough. Instead of me eating, I will drink water to fill my stomach.
I will expect to go to an annual physical exam with my PCP in mid July. When I go, I will hope to have lost some weight. I will still keep things up until the end of the year to make sure I give intermittent fasting a chance for it to work. The change of days will begin this week (2023-05-21).
